The puppy is guaranteed to be in excellent health at time of sale. The buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within of that time for a complete physical examination. If at the time the veterinarian finds the puppy to be in generally poor physical condition, the seller will replace the puppy with another puppy (if available at that time) or refund the full purchase price of the puppy. The buyer must inform the seller of their option within 48 hours of pickup. The seller reserves the right to a second veterinarian opinion at the expense of the seller. In case of the need of veterinarian treatment the seller reserves the right to have the puppy treated by the sellers choice of veterinarians. If the puppy is not examined by this guaranteed is null and void.
The puppy is said to be free of any inheritable disease that cause death or serious impairment of vital functions until the puppy reaches 1 (ONE) year of age. If a problem of this nature is found, documentation by a licenced veterinarian must be presented to the seller with sufficient supporting evidence, The buyer will be entitled to a replacement puppy or a full refund(with the return of puppy). The seller reserves the right to a second veterinarian opinion at the expense of the seller.
This puppy is sold as PET quality only unless otherwise documented in writing.
